Battery Mount for 56V Ego Lawn Equipment

If you're like me, you love your Ego lawn equipment, but hate the shelf space used by the batteries, or worse, a battery falling off the shelf. These battery racks make it easy to hang your 56V Ego batteries on a wall or under a shelf.

These battery racks are 3D printed (FDM) using durable and non-toxic PET-G. PET is the same plastic used to make water bottles, and Glycol is added for the 3D printing process.

I recommend you secure the rack with at least one screw into a wall stud or other wood backing to handle the stress of repeated loading/unloading the battery.

If you plan to hang multiple racks, be sure to place them about 7 inches (17 cm) center-to-center to ensure you can hang multiple 4Ah lawn mower sized batteries, and at least 1 inch (2 cm) above a surface for wall rack, or away from a wall for an under-shelf rack.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size screw should I use?
I used a #8-1 1/2 inch round head screw for my photos, but you should be able to use a countersink style screw as long as you do not over tighten.

When will you have more of the color I want?
I regularly print more racks. Message me with the quantity you are looking for and I can usually print them within a week, assuming I have the materials in stock. I will let you know if there will be delays.

Can you make this in a custom color?
Yes. If I have the color in stock I can usually make the racks within a week, depending on my backlog of orders. Special order colors may require a minimum quantity in order to stock the color, and it can take 1-2 weeks to get a new color.
